Copyright support
Folio is operated by Rishi Challa.
Upload and share only content you own or have permission to use. To report infringement, email goodrishi@yahoo.com. This is the current copyright support contact; publication here does not establish Copyright Office agent registration.
Designated agent
Designated agent registration and public contact details have not yet been verified. This page does not claim DMCA safe-harbor status.
Submitting a notice
Identify the copyrighted work and the material you believe infringes it, including its Folio URL or book/club reference. Include your name, contact address, telephone number and email, a physical or electronic signature, a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or law, and a statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner.
Review and counter-notices
The operator reviews notices, removes or disables access to identified material where appropriate, and notifies the uploading account when contact information is available. If your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, contact copyright support for the counter-notice process. A counter-notice must include your signature, identification and former location of the material, a statement under penalty of perjury of good-faith belief in mistake or misidentification, your name, address and telephone number, consent to the relevant federal district court’s jurisdiction (or an appropriate US district if outside the US), and acceptance of service of process from the complainant or their agent.
A valid counter-notice may be forwarded to the complainant, including its contact details. Restoration, when appropriate under the DMCA, occurs no earlier than 10 and no later than 14 business days after receipt of a valid counter-notice unless the complainant informs us of a court action seeking to restrain the infringement. Do not send sensitive documents beyond what is needed for your notice.
Repeat infringement
Folio may restrict or terminate accounts in appropriate circumstances for repeated copyright infringement. Attempts to evade restrictions are prohibited. The operator records notices and decisions and reviews repeat incidents. Removing access cannot recall copies previously downloaded by others.
