Open Folio in Safari
Sign in, choose Add and select a readable PDF from Files. Choose a voice and check the extracted text before generating. Scanned PDFs need OCR first.
Save to your Home Screen
In Safari, choose Share → Add to Home Screen. Open Folio from that icon, sign in to the same account, and open your finished audiobook.
Prepare offline listening
Tap Save offline and keep Folio open until it says Saved offline. Downloads belong to that browser or Home Screen app on that device. Test the saved book before relying on it during travel.
Keep a separate copy
Export MP3 saves a separate file to Files. Browser storage cleanup or clearing website data can remove browser downloads, so an exported copy is useful for keeping the audio.
